Aug. 21, 2007 Literacy Volunteers of America - Fundraiser  8th Annual Carnival of Knowledge Trivia Competition

            Contact person- Donna Hobby    *Homemade cakes to be auctioned and proceeds are for adult literacy

Sept. 2007 Hispanic American Read-In   Contact person- Marilynn Marshall

Fall 2007 TCRA Meeting Fall Council Meeting  with Guest Speakers - TBA

Nov. 1-30, 2007 Annual Book Drive 

Book donations will be distributed among the local schools' parent liasons for students and the Tift County Foundation for Educational Excellence (Book Nook)

May 6, 2008 TCRA Reader of the Year Awards, Council Meeting, and Installation of 2008-2009 officers
